The National Center for Innovation
About the Center
Horizon– The National Center for Innovation in Resilience, Trauma, and Mental Health of Children & Families was established in response to the impact of the October 7th attacks on children, families, and communities across Israel.
The Center serves as a national and international hub for developing innovative solutions to address the emotional, psychological, and social needs of children and families living in the shadow of trauma.
Center Activities
The Center’s work is organized around Innovation Groups – multidisciplinary teams that operate year-round as incubators for social innovation.
Each group brings together students, faculty, professionals, and experienced experts – including children and adults who have personal experience with the issues being addressed in these learning incubators.
